Terms & conditions

Booking & App Access

  • All classes and self-training (Flying Solo)are booked through our app.

  • Access to the app is provided when you become a member or purchase any of our services via the website.

  • It is the member’s responsibility to ensure bookings are made correctly.

Class Booking, Cancellation & No-Show

  • We do not charge late cancellation or no-show fees.Ca

  • All classes are locked on the same day:

    • Weekdays at 12:00

    • Weekends at 11:00

  • After the class is locked, bookings can no longer be changed or cancelled.

  • If you have a booking and do not attend, the session will be deducted from your membership or clip card.

Memberships & Clip Cards

  • Sessions included in memberships or clip cards are personal and cannot be transferred.

  • Clip cards are valid for the stated validity period at the time of purchase.

  • Self-training–only options are available for those who only wish to train independently

Membership Fees & Payment

  • Payment is through eFaktura the 1st of each month. If the member has not approved to recieve eFaktura, an invoice will be sent through e-mail instead
  • eFaktura or invoice is sent 14 days prior to the due date. 
  • The member is responsible for ensuring that the monthly membership fee is paid on the 1st of each month.

  • In case of late payment, the member will be notified by email and receive payment reminders and administration fee of NOK 60 will be added to the next invoice.

  • If payment has not been received by the 15th, the invoice will be forwarded to debt collection, and an additional administration fee of NOK 150 will be added to the next invoice.

  • If the invoice is sent to debt collection, the member must follow the instructions provided by the collection agency.

Cancellation of membership

  • Cancellation of membership must be submitted in writing via email to info@youera.no.
  • The membership has a two (2) month notice period
  • The notice period becomes effective at the end of the monthin which the cancellation email is received.

    Community & Communication

    • We have a community group in our appwhere we share updates, news, and important information.

    • Important information may also be sent via email.

    • It is the customer’s responsibility to stay informed and keep up to date with changes, updates, or announcements shared through the app or email.

    General

    • By training at our studio, you agree to follow our rules, respect the space, the equipment, instructors, and fellow members.

    • We reserve the right to make changes to schedules, classes, or terms when necessary.

      Courses

      • All course registrations are bindingand confirmed upon receipt of payment.

      • Once a course is booked, it cannot be changed, transferred, or cancelled.

      • Missed course sessions are not rescheduled or refunded.

      • We offer a discounted price on the second coursewhen you sign up for two or more courses at the same time.

      • Please contact us before purchasingto receive the course discount.

      Class Rules

      • Students must arrive on time and be inside the studio before the class starts. If more than 10 minutes late students can be denied to participate by teacher, for safety reasons. In this case the student will not get the class back on their membership or clip card. 

      • Students must follow the instructor’s guidance at all times.

      • Performing exercises that have not been taught during the class is not allowed.

      • Students are not permitted to teach other students. students should ask the instructor if assistance is needed

      • Appropriate training clothing is required and must allow free movement while covering intimate areas.

      • If you need to leave the class early (max 5 minutes), this must be communicated before the class starts.

      • No phone use or filming during class. Time will be provided for photos or videos after the class.

      • Rings, necklaces, bracelets, watches, and other jewelry must be removed before training.

      • The instructor has the right to ask a student to leave the class if they pose a risk to themselves or others, or if instructions are not followed.

      Age Requirement

      • Students must be 18 years to train at North Pole.

      Health, Safety & Responsibility

      • For safety and health reasons, it is important that students inform the instructor of any previous injuries or injuries that may occur during training.

      • All training is done at your own risk.

      • The studio is not responsible for personal injuries or loss of personal belongingsthat may occur during training.

      • Instructors have the right to ask students to stop or leave training if signs of injury, pain, or risk to themselves or others are observed.
